PNOC EC Board approved the remittance of PNOC EC’s dividends amounting to P2,001,781,060.00

The PNOC EC Board, during its special meeting via video conferencing last 03 April 2020, approved the remittance of PNOC EC’s dividends amounting to P2,001,781,060.00 to the Bureau of Treasury and P4,227,233.00 to be paid out to public shareholders. This is in support to the National Government in its efforts to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

PNOC EC fully supports the unwavering commitment of the government to combat this pandemic.  By working together, we shall heal as one.
