PNOC EC Earns 5th Straight “Highly Satisfactory” Survey Rating

UPLB reports to PNOC EC Officers via Online Meeting Facility on the results of the 2022 Annual Stakeholders Satisfaction Survey conducted in the Company’s business areas.

Bonifacio Global City, Taguig (3 February 2023) – PNOC Exploration Corporation, the upstream oil, gas, and coal exploration and development arm of the National Government, earned anew a coveted rating of “Highly Satisfactory” on its annual Stakeholders Satisfaction Survey.  

Conducted every year since 2015, the Survey is meant to give an impartial and comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis on the overall performance of Government Companies among their varied and many stakeholders. a requirement of the Governance Commission for GOCC’s (GCG).

This marks the fifth consecutive year that the Company was able to earn the top rating of 5 out of 5 in the Survey. 

Also, for the third straight year, there were no Negative Remarks of note given by respondents that impacted the results of the Survey. 

UPLB statistical analysis further noted that there were no Red Flags in general that came up during the Survey, which bolstered the strong results.

Respondents were surveyed by the research team from the University of the Philippines at Los Baños (UPLB) from Zamboanga Sibugay, Isabela Province, and representatives of Joint Venture Partners. 

Respondents included PNOC EC’s regulators from the Department of Energy (DOE), the PNOC Mother Company, Joint Venture Partners, Student-Beneficiaries of the PNOC EC Scholarship Program, and other beneficiaries of the Kaagapay Programs under PNOC EC’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in the provinces of Zamboanga Sibugay, and Isabela.
