PNOC EC MOURNS PASSING OF RCL

15 May 2021, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig – PNOC Exploration Corporation, the upstream oil, gas, and coal exploration and development arm of the National Government deeply mourns the untimely passing of Col Ronnie C Laguda PAF (MNSA) (Ret). He was 57.

Col Laguda, known in PNOC EC as RCL, served as Chief of Staff to PNOC EC President and Chief Executive Officer, Lt Gen Rozzano D Briguez (Ret).
He is survived by his spouse, Liza Cortes Laguda, and their four children: Roniz Andrea, Reece Adrian, Riza Ashley, and Reign Amiel.

Col Laguda was a distinguished member of the Philippine Air Force Flying School (PAFFS) Class of 1988, and was an Engineer by education and training. He served in the Philippine Air Force (PAF) for over 30 years, retiring in August of 2019. He and Gen Briguez were stalwarts for both the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and PAF Modernization Programs.
