PNOC EC receives recognition as one of the Top GOCC Dividend Contributors
PNOC Exploration Corporation emerged as one of the top contributing GOCCs in terms of dividend collections as of May 2024, reflecting its efforts to attain its vision of ultimately contributing to the country's growth and development.
With a total dividend remittance of PhP1.99 billion, PNOC EC was recognized as one of the top-ranking among the 47 GOCCs that contributed a total of PhP88.56 billion in dividends as of May this year.
The company received this award during the Government-Owned or -Controlled Corporations (GOCCs)’ Day at the PICC Complex, last 6 May 2024.
PNOC EC President & CEO Franz “Chicoy” E. Alvarez personally accepted the Certificate of Recognition from President Bongbong Marcos who thanked all the respective companies in their commitment to serve the public towards the advancement of the nation as a whole.

“The passion, drive, and energy that you have demonstrated in your respective institutions have contributed significantly to the growth and prosperity of our people and our economy,” said President Marcos.
The said event was also graced by the presidents and representatives of other GOCCs that successfully submitted their dividend remittances to the national government.
The recognition inspires PNOC EC to remain working diligently to be a significant contributor in the country’s development.
Through the leadership of PNOC EC President Alvarez, the company continues to strive in its role as an energy exploration and production government entity, and is continuously committed to the furtherance of the national objective of energy security through exemplary performance in all its tasks.
