PNOC EC Welcomes New Members of the Board of Directors

Fort Bonifacio Global City, 5 September 2022 – PNOC Exploration Corporation, the oil, gas, and coal exploration arm of the National Government, welcomed the new members of their Board of Directors.

The new Directors are: Rafael E. Del Pilar, Zenaida Y. Monsada, Adrian Ferdinand S. Sugay, Romeo O. Solis Jr., and Edgar Benedict C. Cutiongco. Two other new Members of the Board of Directors will be joining them soon.

They were all sworn in by Energy Secretary and PNOC EC Chairman Raphael P.M. Lotilla in simple ceremonies at the Department of Energy (DOE) Offices earlier today.
